APPROACH
Gadgets Training develops solutions for employee skill development in various situations. Whether implementing a year-and-a-half-long certification program for a group of 4 or conducting half-day training sessions for 400 and ensuring active participation from every individual. Trainings and other solutions are implemented face-to-face and remotely, individually and in groups, in the workplace and training facilities chosen by the client, both in Latvia and overseas.

Janis Ozolins is a versatile corporate trainer with experience in customer service, sales, interpersonal communication, and management communication areas. His experience comes from conducting trainings on a local and international scale, cooperating with organisations from various industries, and by advancing his knowledge both in Latvia and abroad.

Individual remote trainings have been delivered to participants from Venezuela, Hong Kong, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, The Republic of South Africa, Morocco, and other countries.

TRAINING TOPICS
So far trainings have focused on more than 20 topics related to effective communication, teamwork, customer service, sales, and people management. Training sessions cover both B2C and B2B segments, focusing on communication skills for both in-person interactions and phone conversations.
